At Beyond Joinery we specialise in individual, bespoke creative joinery for discerning clients. We do all the usual stuff, but what we relish is the challenge of solving a client’s problems, working with them, envisaging, designing and creating their dreams.
This is how we work
Once you have made contact with us via email or telephone, we will make arrangements to visit your home or office at a time that is convenient for you.
Our expert designers will come out to you and will have a conversation with you and listen to your ideas and requirements. They will also give you practical advice on materials, finishes, systems and lighting options and demonstrate them with samples and photos of previous projects.They will solve any design issues that are presented by your project and carry out a survey taking a full set of measurements.
Following our consultation with you, our designer will return to our office and will have an internal meeting with our planning and production teams about your project. In this meeting, we will discuss at length the requirements of your bespoke wardrobe and set out a plan for your project.
From the consultation and our meeting, we will create a design and make a 3D visualisation that we will send alongside a detailed proposal outlining costings and timings.At this point, we will call you to discuss and review the design and proposal, ensuring that it fits with your vision and seeking your approval. We make allowances for up to two revisions on the initial drawings in order to make sure your vision is met.
Once you have approved the design and proposal, the project is confirmed by an initial Pro-forma invoice for 40% of the final balance.We will then order the components and materials for your bespoke wardrobes using the highest quality materials and systems from Germany.
The production work will commence at our cutting edge workshop with our highly trained operatives. They will take between 6 to 8 weeks to craft and create your wardrobes depending on your design.*When the production has been completed, we will carry out a full quality control process, pre-assembling your wardrobes in our workshop to ensure that everything is in perfect order. It will then be disassembled and packed securely for shipment to your home or office, and a Pro-forma invoice for a further 40% is issued for the release of your furniture.

Depending on the size of your project, our team of fitters will arrive at your property at a time that has been arranged with you.
The team will first ensure that they protect the flow pathways, your existing furniture and fixtures before commencing any work.
If required, at this point the old wardrobes will be removed and disposed of, and the work of fitting your new furniture will commence.Once the work has been completed we will clean up and remove any rubbish, tools and coverings, leaving your space in perfect condition.Our team leader will ask you to review the work carried out and sign off on the project. The job will not be finished until you are completely satisfied, and when you are happy we will then ask for a review of the work on trust-a-trader or houzz.
Upon your approval of the work, we will send the final invoice.
