This is how we work

We know “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” so our first action with you is to listen – and then listen some more.

Once you have made contact with us via email or telephone, one of our expert designers will review your request and make contact with you to ensure they have all the necessary details to produce you an initial drawing and quotation.

We will capture any ideas or inspirations that you have in the design process and ensure our proposal exceeds your expectations. Our designer will also give you practical advice on materials, finishes, systems and lighting options where required.

Once our designer is satisfied they have everything we need from these initial exchanges, we will create a set of concept drawings and detailed quotation outlining the proposed design, materials and costings for you to review.

At this point, we can further discuss and review the design and proposal, ensuring that it fits with your vision and seeking your approval. We make allowances for up to two revisions on the initial drawings, in order to ensure it meets your expectations for all the finer details.

Once you have approved the design and proposal, the project is confirmed by an initial Pro-forma invoice for 40% of the final balance. At this stage we will arrange for a Senior Surveyor to attend your property and undertake a survey, while also providing an opportunity for you to discuss any final details. We will then order the components and materials for your bespoke wardrobes using the highest quality materials and systems.The production work will commence at our cutting edge workshop with our highly trained operatives.

They will take between 6 to 8 weeks to craft and create your wardrobes depending on your design. *When the production has been completed, we will carry out a full quality control process, pre-assembling your wardrobes in our workshop to ensure that everything is in perfect order. It will then be disassembled and packed securely for shipment to your home or office, and a Pro-forma invoice for a further 40% is issued for the release of your furniture.

Our installation team will arrive at your property at a time that has been pre-arranged with you. The team will firstly review the access route and installation location to protect any existing furniture and fixtures where necessary, before commencing work.

Once the work has been completed, we will clean up and remove any rubbish, tools and coverings, leaving your space in perfect condition. Our team leader will ask you to review the work carried out and sign off on the project. The job will not be finished until you are completely satisfied. Upon your approval of the work, we will send the final invoice.
